Office 2007, and pre-Windows 8/8.1 Office programs are probably the better equivalent of Google cloud-based office apps such as Docs and Sheets or modern equivalents of Microsoft programs
The Activation key on the Internet Archive page is universal and will work on all Vista-11 Windows PCs regardless if someone already used them

It is important to note to download the .ISO file, once downloaded, right click and Mount, go through the mounted .ISO and look for the application and run it.
